As newcomers to Alicante, we are very happy to have found the remodeling company LA Building Services. Not only did we receive very competent advice, but all the work was carried out promptly, quickly and cost-effectively. Communication was excellent and the workers were very friendly. Absolutely extraordinary, hard to dream of in our latitudes and therefore absolutely recommendable!

In February of this year we bought an old appartment in Ciudad Quesada. For the renovation project we asked Des and his team to do the works. We can only be positive about the cooperation with LA building services. First of all they act fast and keep there appointments. Like in every renovation project things go wrong sometimes but Des picks it up immediately and does everything to solve the problem. The result is amazing. We can highly recommend LA Building services.

This is our first piece of work completed by LA Building Services. It most certainly will not be the last. The guys were working in temperature’s of nearly 40 degrees. Polite, knowledgeable, respectful. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The new roof they built is better than we ever thought possible. They cleaned up perfectly. Highly professional guys. Did an excellent job in removing and disposing furniture/ kitchen equipments/beds and all without a scratch. Complete painting of the apartment with very helpful suggestions. All done in two days. With smiles on their faces. Will always use them.

Very pleased with the work that was carried out at our property in spain. (New kitchen/bathroom and air con units). Communication was perfect from start to finish which put us at ease as we were not physically present at the property during the process. Photographs were sent throughout to keep us up to date and any queries were answered promptly. Property was also kept secure by the company whilst the work was carried out.

Came to look at leaking roof...next morning Saturday...came with 4workers ...covered the whole roof with a fibre mesh and covered with a waterproof coating excellent job would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again ...there quick response...with heavy rain expected all next week has stopped makeing a leaking roof much worse....many thanks...LA Building services ....reg Deboo......
